If you like pepper you've got to see the "Major Pepper" episode of Good Eats, pepper has a lot of interesting history and chemistry. I think I've got the episode saved on our Tivo. =) Alton made two recipes that I've been wanting to make: pepper vodka (Mmm... bloody mary?) and his black pepper mango sorbet.
I think i've had pepper vodka before...think Absolute makes one. And I love spicy bloody mary's and the more pepper the better (especially when it's infused into booze).
